Duc was an amazing salesman. He was very informative and showed many different car options while also giving us a run down on the numbers for the cars. Finance was fast - Ovais was great when presenting and explaining the finance portion. If you didn't understand it he was able to break it down for everyone to understand. Duc was incredibly helpful, easy communicate with and has continued to be so even after our purchase. I had a question about our first service date and he picked up his phone on his day off and answered my q continued to be so even after our purchase. We had a horrible experience at Toyota in Redding, where the sales people acted like they were doing us a favor to show us some cars and the inventory available was limited. Mazda of Elk Grove was the opposite! All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and excited to help us find what we were looking for. More
