Gotta tell everyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership I experienced such an outrageous dealership markup in pricing and fees I was just totally overwhelmed….then the salesman tries to smo this dealership I experienced such an outrageous dealership markup in pricing and fees I was just totally overwhelmed….then the salesman tries to smooth the price out two more times….well I personally find this dealership to be quite frankly dishonest and would not recommend them to anyone….when I’m looking for an out the door price on a three year old vehicle and it’s going to cost me basically almost as much as a 2022 model…..well what more can I say……two thumbs down Pembroke….👎🏽👎🏽 More

This dealership dropped the ball. Several opportunities to make things right! Left me HANGING with a payoff Finance issue. Mike Kahului, promised new rubber mats & a complimentary Starlink subscription (which I ended up paying for myself $159.00) with my purchased CPO extended warranty. And their ring leader Duane Massa have All FAILED. My credit was RUINED, my car was out for REPOSSESSION. All they had to do was RETURN my calls for HELP. They know who I am. I will bring them all down. 8 weeks & counting Trying to handle this mess ALL by myself! We are a diehard Subaru Family. Absolutely devastating treatment from this dealership. We will NEVER refer anyone here EVER. Joe and Adrian (the best Mechanic) are the only reason to visit. They are exemplary Associates. Not like the other losers named above. They ALL Need to be reprimanded immediately for not communicating with a CLOSED deal. I am still a returning loyal customer whether opened or closed. More

As a Sales Manager, he was not at all interested in supporting his Sales Team Member in making a sale to a very Interested buyer. Rather than personally reach out to General Manager Duane Massa, to inquire if he would honor the quoted sales price listed on the Internet, he turned us away despite traveling an hour and a half to Pembroke Pines. Thanks to Julio for going above and beyond and making that call himself. The sale moved forward without additional fees added to compensate for honoring the reduced sale price listed on the Internet. Thanks to Julio, Juan Carlos, and Audwin Lovinsjy, also from the Sale Management Team, for staying late to finalize the sale, despite the internet fails!
