I took in my car for the regular oil change but it turned out that the car needed to have something fixed. Drew was extremely helpful and explained everything that needed to be done on the car. They had the car ready on the day that they had promised to have it ready, which was much appreciated. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and professional and I will be taking my car there for service as long as I will own it. More

They are friendly and professional. For some reason, they did not call me until much later in the afternoon (I dropped my car off the evening before). I was told the service should be done by 3pm and that someone would call if it would be later. I did not receive a call until after 5pm because they were washing the car at that moment. We made it to the dealership (20 minutes away) but did not talk with anyone. The car was not cleaned or vacuumed and there were black oily smudges inside and outside. None of these are a big deal but since you asked my opinion about the service, I will say that the people are nice, but I would be lying if I said that I had a wonderful experience when I picked up my car. More

The service staff (Alisha, Sam) were friendly, efficient, professional. The service dept manager (Drew) listened to the issue on my car and acknowledged the possibility of a defect in the wiper post (that professional. The service dept manager (Drew) listened to the issue on my car and acknowledged the possibility of a defect in the wiper post (that broke and needed to get replaced) with a $100 credit towards the labor part of the bill. I only gave 4 star rating because of two reasons: 1. I still believe that the wiper post (made of stainless steel should not just simply break when unscrewing the bolt off it 2. Your prices are very very very high - $460+, parts and labor, for replacing the wiper post You should fix the screen in the waiting area (below the VW lighten up logo) that's supposed to allow for picking accessories. It is currently serving as a large calculator. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and that reset didn't work. More
