Problem was, when we actually started to write up the contract, THAT vehicle had been sold in the 10 minutes it took for us to sit down. THEY FOUND ANOTHER ONE. Different color, but a higher level of trim and a bigger battery. They held to the original price of the first one. They gave me the employee price, a super trade-in value for my old vehicle, and they covered the $7500 IRA incentive (because there weren't enough US-made parts to qualify) More

I went in for a software update and replacement of some under-the-hood component. The service was prompt and the tech was courteous and professional. For instance, there is still a line item about an oil change. EVs don't use oil or transmission fluids. More
