I shared with him earlier, but the test drive experience was fantastic. My wife and I usually want to have that experience on our own, but Drew brought value to his presence on the test drive and showed us features we wouldn't have seen otherwise (and frankly, one of those features clinched the deal for us ultimately). Took delivery today and was charmed by the sign with our name and big bow on the vehicle...something that doesn't cost a ton to do or take a bunch of labor (presumably), but creates that special VIP experience. Bravo. I also appreciated the quick check-ins with other team members without Drew losing ownership of the deal and relationship...that was really well done. Many other dealers force you away from the salesperson and into a finance office but your approach showed you have trust in your sales reps to take it to completion...smart move. As a salesman myself for nearly 26 years and an executive leader of a 600-person sales force here in town, my hat's of to the overall approach your org executes on. Nice work! More
