I’ve been coming to Paul since 1995, when I moved here. Then the dealership was on N Academy. I’ve had had 2 Camery’s, an Avalon and 2 RAV4’s. The service has always been great. We told him what we were interested in and we were wanting to look at the Highlander and 4 Runner couldn't decide which one. We narrowed it down to the highlander, took a test drive came back to the dealership, since it was late and we were gonna look at a couple other brands of cars to test drive as well but said we really loved the car and would be back in on Saturday to purchase this vehicle. We went in side I asked him if he wanted my contact info he ignored me and gave me his card we walked outside no words were exchanged and he jumped in the Highlander and sped off. I was so pissed off because he didn't even thank me for coming in or say I will see you tomorrow, my wife and I looked at each other and were like we just told him we would be back tomorrow to purchase. I Would never buy from Doug or this dealer ever again, Doug was a horrible salesman and I ended up buying else where because of this. Last time I checked salesman work off commission and being professional and friendly helps them sell cars, this was definitely not the case here. Worst experience ever!!!! More

Plus my daughter reconnended this dealer, and didn't get her $50.00 for us buying our vehicle. We had been there for a recall was tolded they would call us when the parts come in, never a phone call. We love Toyota and as we have crossed the country many times with our FJ, we have always gotten good service, untill Colorado Springs. More

So much so, that when we bought my wife's Avalon, I just called him and told him what she was looking for. He arranged our test drive and my wife was thrilled! Doug Smith is a straight shooter and has repeatedly earned and held my trust. I enjoy visiting with him every time I'm at the dealership having our vehicles serviced. Speaking of service, Gary Haines is the right person to see. Always on top of things. He's been my only service rep for nine years now. And the technicians on his service team are outstanding. My older 2001 Camry with 334,000+ miles on it just got a tune up and purrs like a kitten again. Thank you! More
