Jesse the Service Manager is a BLESSING to me. I had a problem with my transmission, I called him and explained everything to him and he told me to bring it in the next day. Those words just tou I had a problem with my transmission, I called him and explained everything to him and he told me to bring it in the next day. Those words just touched my soul and I broke down crying because I was because I didn't know what to do or even how to fix my transmission financially. With his Blessed heart, I am now getting my transmission fixed and put me in a rental until my car is finished. He was very understanding, kindhearted and most importantly valued my commitment to his company which means the world to me because I love having my car serviced there. His heart is so Blessed. He made my horrific experience with my first car to a joyful experience. Anyone wanting to buy a Nissan or need their car serviced, Younger Nissan of Frederick is by far the best place to go. For that reason, is why I drive an hour away for their service. Wonderful service like this is priceless! More

I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle. For the first time, the entire process except for two required "wet" signatures was done virtually. And it was done famously. Both Ed Beleznay ( For the first time, the entire process except for two required "wet" signatures was done virtually. And it was done famously. Both Ed Beleznay (Finance Manager), and Corey Wallender (Sales Consultant) were consummate professionals. The entire process took less than two hours. I first spoke to Corey on Monday afternoon (15 minutes), completed the paperwork online on Monday evening (15 minutes), met with Corey and Ed on Tuesday at 3:00pm, and rode away in my new car by 3:30pm. This is my fourth vehicle from Younger and although all my experiences with Younger has always been outstanding in the past, this purchase was the best because of its efficiency. Phew! Talk about great service everyone from service, sales, parts and finance is helpful and nice. Let’s start with Jeff at parts, super knowledgeable, good sense of humor and really helpful. If there is a part or accessory you need for your Nissan he’ll find it. Service department, all of them are great helping you out with your vehicle. Today I met Doug who answered all my questions, told me what I should do to keep my car running and what I don’t need (which I asked him about first). That’s the way you keep someone coming back and recommending your shop, HONESTY! Last but not least is financing with Ed. Those of you have financed before know that when your at the end of the sale the Finance manager could make or break it depending on how he or she treats you when your about to drop down some hard cash and commit to 3-6 years of payments. Not easy. He was patient answering my questions like I was the first person who ever asked the question he’s probably answered a thousand times. The guy knows what he’s doing. I guess buy now you know I recommend you checking out Younger Nissan, you won’t be disappointed. I also met someone in upper management who didn’t try to sell me anything or asked what I was doing in the dealership, just asked me if I was getting great service while I was here, and then took the time to talk about life (we were close in age) and how things change. After 10 years with a Frontier I bought from this dealer in 2013, I purchased a second Frontier pickup from Younger Nissan of Frederick recently. The atmosphere was very good. The financial team was busy but took time to discuss everything. The process moved along pretty good. I don’t haggle much on price because the prices were competitive on the public website. Just had to decide if it was what I wanted or not. Would definitely start my next car purchase with this dealership first and then go from theee. More
