I had to take my car in for service and was worried about the wait since I had my daughter with me. Upon arrival at the gate, Gary greeted me and started the paperwork. Doug finish the process and suggested that I went to the express service since it would be quicker that way. Sergiu was more than happy to take me thru the express service. He advised that within 30-45 mins I should be on my way out. And yes I was within 45 mins. The staff was excellent, Doug patient with me, Gary very professional and Sergiu speedy. They did not try to have me spend any money. I question them regarding services that I thought I needed and was told that it is not yet necessary. Save my money for now. To too that, my sale person Lacoe was going in vacation for 2 weeks. He called to let me know that he will be away for 2 weeks however if I needed anything I can call and someone will be more than happy to assist. Isn't that beyond professionalism? Thank you Lacoe I am thankful for such loyalty and dedication. Thank you Younger Nissan. More

I cannot say enough about the efficiency and friendliness of the service, especially Doug Rice, who has been there for years. I always have a positive experience. The are honest and very clear about what kind of work needs to be done immediately, and what work can be done the next time I come in. They went the extra mile in my last visit by sending someone out with the courtesy car to pick me up outside the regular courtesy van hours. I went for 60,000 mile service, which is a tad expensive (over $500) but looks like it is the Nissan dealer standard price, not set by the individual dealer. More
