I have been using Longo Toyota for service on my Tacoma for a couple of years. I didn’t purchase my truck at Longo but I dealt with Doug Ranzer as my service advisor at Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney when he for a couple of years. Doug is always friendly and professional when I bring my truck in for service. The Longo dealership is always nice and clean. Billy Stewart was amazing at understanding my issue even though it was an off the wall request. He worked with Toyota corporate and myself relentlessly until we got my issue resolved.
