At Five Star Subaru Grapevine, our salesperson, Jaylon Johnson, was friendly, professional, attentive to our needs, and never applied pressure to make a purchase. What impressed us most was the transparency throughout the process. The true stat of your dealership sits right by the front door, BB!! We handled all the paperwork online and via text, which made the entire process incredibly convenient and stress-free. This is our third Subaru we've bought from 5 Star Subaru, and we've consistently loved the experience—from sales to the service department and finance team. Everyone here is truly outstanding and genuinely cares about their customers.
