Mitch has excellent product knowledge and led us to selecting the GLC 300 locating a new vehicle (meeting our specifications) that was still at processing center. Mitch also negotiated with local vendor for installation of a trailer hitch. Working with Mitch was the most positive experience we have had purchasing a new vehicle.
