I would use the dealership again , but different sales person . She still insisted after I informed her I was driving . and i waited At least An 1.5 hr on the finance department after being asked to Risk my life while driving . and had to be inconvenienced by the dealership because my app was pending for some unknown reason a person with low debt ratio $80,000 annual income 850 credit score ?!?!?! First purchase with Lexus and not a good impression . If not for the car shortage I more than likely would have taken my business elsewhere . On the question about referring someone to the dealership it was either yes or no there was no gray area I selected yes because the finance person named Doug was extremely accommodating and professional.My husband went back within two weeks to the parts department to purchase weather all mats and a couple of other items and received wonderful customer service from that department as well. More
