This was my third Nissan dealer visit in order to purchase a Rogue . The other two dealers did not have what I want, did not offer to try to find what I wanted, and when I went for test drives, the s purchase a Rogue . The other two dealers did not have what I want, did not offer to try to find what I wanted, and when I went for test drives, the salesmen were not very familiar with the automobile. Doug Compton took me around the Hart Nissan lot, but could not find the vehicle that I wanted. He promised to have it available the next morning and he did. He then answered all of the questions I had about the various options in the car that I was not familiar with. I was so pleased with the experience that when I was given a price for the car, I did not even try to negotiate it down. Doug turned what had been an unpleasant car buying experience into one with a very happy ending. More

William Jackson was friendly but seemed fairly unmotivated to sell me a car. The keys to the car I had come to look at went missing. We went home with no resolve. Luckily another agent, Doug, called later that day saying they found the keys. All was smooth sailing after that. Definitely glad we had another agent. More
