I’ve bought my last four vehicles from Heritage Honda in Parkville. I always shop around and they are my first and last stop - as they consistently offer the best pricing up front. During my last experience Steven Hyde was great to work with - responding to calls and texts to make sure all of my questions were answered. I’ll definitely go back when time comes for my next vehicle. More

Both the area where I bought my Honda and the Service Center are outstanding! This time I was not yet due for my oil change but since I will be going out of town over the holidays I wanted everything ch Center are outstanding! This time I was not yet due for my oil change but since I will be going out of town over the holidays I wanted everything checked out. Arrived early for my appointment but they took me and I was out in one hour. Fantastic service. Keep up the outstanding work!! More

They will take your money and run I visited this dealership right as the Covid-19 pandemic started to blow up, March 19th. for specific sounds emanating from my car and odd movements I visited this dealership right as the Covid-19 pandemic started to blow up, March 19th. for specific sounds emanating from my car and odd movements in the steering when I go over bumps. They did an estimate and drew me out a repair plan that was close to a grand. I asked, very clearly "Are you sure this is what the problem is because I don't want and cannot afford the guessing game." I was assured that because the man that did the estimate was a state inspector that yes that was the problem. So I had the repair done and paid. I leave the dealership and absolutely nothing was changed. They even uncharged me for things that were obviously not the problem but I was told were. Like changing the differential fluid. For a front end problem.. But they told me that yeah.. that could cause that... I called and they told me to come back Saturday the 21st. Again... I take my CRV in,, again they assure me that they can fix it after another estimate... Yes this time I am told they are sure sure.. They even said they would waive the labor fee.. but still charged me for parts. Keep in mind I already paid for parts and labor for work that was wrong. But I still paid for the parts. I picked my car up.. the sound was gone but the steering problem is still there. I called. Left a message. No call back. I wait a few days... thinking the Covid stuff could be messing with lives of course. No call back. I called four more times. Nothing. Monday was my last call to them. So they got the estimate wrong. Twice. Charged me over a grand for them and then decided to ghost me. Now I have a car that is likely dangerous to drive but its my only car. The problem is getting worse. And since they guessed their way through my bank account I cant afford to take it to another place to get it fixed. My next stop is reporting this to the BBB. I would have thought a dealership would be better behaved. If I wanted a shakedown from a scummy mechanic I wouldn't have gone to the dealership. More

Good service, my 2015 Honda Pilot EXL 4WD is running as fantastic as the day I bought it from Heritage Honda when it had 3 miles on it.
