65K check up In and out very quickly. Dontrell went over my inspection regarding things that would be coming up for maintenance soon. ON A DIFFERENT NOTE: I men In and out very quickly. ON A DIFFERENT NOTE: I mentioned to Dontrell about the issue I've mentioned before; ie the weak paint job ob\n the car itself especially the hood and doors. Many other Toyota opwner of the Charcoal colors have stated their displeasure regarding the same issue and third party restoration companies have comments on the fact that they could not put paint on the car that thin with any of their current equipment. My concern is that while my beautiful 2016 Prius V is running like a champ it's starting to look like I'm being pelted with birdshot. I'd like to hear from someone in Toyota Experience Corporate regarding some assistance with this. More

Thirty minutes later the car is ready, washed and used a discount coupon. I was out the shop within 45 minutes. More

Scott was very attentive and patient. Sometimes you simply have to look at a few models and get a feel for what you want before agreeing to make a decision that big. $25,000 is a lot of money, no matte simply have to look at a few models and get a feel for what you want before agreeing to make a decision that big. $25,000 is a lot of money, no matter who you are and getting the maximum for a trade not to mention a great deal on a new car is pivotal. Scott took the time to let me look at 4 cars before deciding what I wanted to go with, and this was after doing a month's worth of research before going into Victory Toyota. I'm sure if I needed to look at more models and take more tests drives, the team would have been happy to help. Abigail seems to really know her stuff already and she said she is new in her position. I appreciate that she was honest about it and it made us feel more at ease. She delivered the car very nicely and made sure to take note of any concerns. She also explained all the details of the sale and answered any questions. She was a delight. Jim stepped in to make a nice greeting. That personal touch made a huge difference. Since this was our second new car purchase in just 7 months, I feel like we were respected and welcomed back. I would have absolutely no issue with buying from this Toyota dealer again. Dontrell made the last part of the experience an easy one. He explained the papers we were signing and made sure we knew all about the extended warranty plans. Once we made it clear that we weren't interested, he didn't push it to the point of making us feel uncomfortable. Each individual person made up a different part of the experience and it was a great team effort. It's a long process to buy a new car, and one that can be exhausting. This wasn't one of those drawn out experiences, in fact, the conversation helped out a lot. I was even allowed to steal a balloon. I think that the team at Victory are victorious themselves...we will be back! More

The staff at Victory Toyota is very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everybody and the service department is also very good a knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. I had a really good experience at this dealership. I have been to more than 15 dealers in search for a good new car, and this dealership is the best one that I have ever seen. The sales consultants are really really friendly and supportive. What I like about this dealership is that al of the consultants are really professional they know what features the toyota cars have with different models.
