Dear Writer, I am very sorry your experience here at Honda Barn left you with that opinion of us. Allow me to address your statement that we "push" work. Be advised that American Honda requires all dealers to perform the multi point inspection on any vehicle in for service. This inspection is far more intensive than that required of a state inspection. You are under no obligation to repair anything. We are however obligated to inform you. If a customer left here and had a problem that I had not brought to their attention, there would be an entirely different conversation going on. Your concern over your battery is how the recall has been put into place by the manufacturer. Until parts were available we were to perform a temporary fix. Once the parts became available we were able to order them for you. Although we make every effort to notify everyone that they will have to return once parts are available and document it on your paperwork, I apologize this was not clear to you. You are absolutely correct, it is a privilege to be a Honda dealer especially on the Seacoast. I take a great deal of pride our dealership and contrary to your comments, we have worked very hard to have successfully earned an outstanding reputation. I would love to discuss this further however you have chosen to remain anonymous and have made to attempt to contact me to address your concerns other than this review.
