Car purchases in the past weren't great experiences so I wasn't sure what to expect when we walked into Wilde East Towne Honda in Madison. Kenn greeted us as soon as we walked into the door and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in which I greatly appreciated, and when I said I wanted to go look at a few other cars at other dealers he completely understood and told us he'd be there when we were ready. A few hours later when we went back he was ready and waiting, just like he said he would be. He didn't even mind that my uncertainty earlier in the day caused him to work a little longer during their short New Year's Eve hours. The entire process from the time we walked into the building to the time I left with the car was great, Kenn made things so easy. I'd recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car, and I will without a doubt be purchasing any future cars from him. Working with the service center was also a breeze. Dominic worked with me on a simple license plate install which was a very quick job. Quick enough that I didn't get nearly enough time to enjoy the waiting area stocked with snacks, drinks, TV and computers. When he walked me back to my car I had several random questions I asked. I thought he'd get annoyed with me repeatedly saying "oh, can I ask you one more thing" but he was more than helpful and went out of his way to help with my random questions (like what is that scent in my car when I took it home because I loved it). Everyone I worked with or spoke to at Wilde East Towne Honda in Madison was exceptional and I will happily give them my business and will refer them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
