When I first walked into Mercedes, I was greeted by their receptionist Sharon, who was the absolute sweetest! She was so kind, friendly, and always smiling. Many hours were spent together as we worked to finalize the deal and he made me laugh the whole time. I then worked with Kolls, the finance manager, to sign all the paperwork and make the numbers work. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about extra products, warranties, etc and was able to answer all of my many questions. The environment was warm and friendly and I would recommend anyone to come here! More
