All of the employees at Lexus treated us with professionalism and kindness. We appreciated their time as we purchased our new car. Luis, our sales person, took a lot of time to help us decide professionalism and kindness. We appreciated their time as we purchased our new car. Luis, our sales person, took a lot of time to help us decide between an SUV and sedan. He explained the benefits of each, took us on test drives in each car and worked with us to get the price we could afford. He never rushed us or pressured us to quickly buy, which would likely have sent us away. His patience made the sale. Additionally, he was extremely knowledgeable about your stock, and each vehicle. That helped us make an informed decision. Therefore, we are very satisfied with our new Lexus! More
