Went for an oil change in December, which took 2 hours. Then in January (1 month later) I got a notification I needed to change my oil because Audi forgot to recalibrate the oil sensor. I called and tried to schedule a follow up visit which was extremely challenging and kept getting sent to voicemail on several attempts to connect to the service department. Very disappointing experience overall. More

Family took the A4 for 40k maintenance and PODS recall. Got car back with scratches on passenger leather seat(manhandled and most likely dropped).
