I was experiencing an oil leak back in May 2024, I had it repaired at Audi Meadowlands. Fast forward to October, having a similar leak issue. Keep in mind I was told there is a 1 year warranty on repairs. Went back to the dealership today for inspection. I was told the previous repair was intact but would require a $500 clean up fee to diagnosis where the "new" leak is coming from. I find it suspicious that they can quickly rule out their previous repair YET they need to charge me $500 to even start to locate the "new" leak. Recently this dealership has gone way downhill, not sure if its cause of new ownership. I had to fight and claw to get reimbursed for a tow that was caused by faulty work back in June. I find it very difficult to find the truth in what they are selling...i mean recommending. I would absolutely stay away from working with them, the staff isnt ethical or trustworthy. their intention is to upsell services at all costs. this is not the type of business i want to deal with. I brought my car in for warranty work nearly two months ago. After finally receiving a call that the vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up, only to be told it wasn’t ready. I played the voicemail confirm ago. After finally receiving a call that the vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up, only to be told it wasn’t ready. I played the voicemail confirming that the car was ready, and suddenly, the paperwork was found, but I was then asked for about $4k in payment. This is unacceptable. I have a platinum warranty, and I should not be charged for items that are supposed to be covered. It feels like an attempt to double-dip by billing both the warranty and me. I had to leave without my vehicle and will follow up on Monday to resolve this issue with the service advisor. More

I bought an A7 2020 from this dealership and soon after driving the vehicle, I started to experience issues with the ride height. Although I had a good experience with service advisor Dimitriy and sales re driving the vehicle, I started to experience issues with the ride height. Although I had a good experience with service advisor Dimitriy and sales rep Bionelky (both are friendly and try to help), this dealership and the head of the workshop do not care about addressing serious technical issues with the vehicles. I struggled with an issue with my A7 around the ride height of the vehicle. The dealership said that everything was within spec, without showing me proof and measurements compared to the Audi A7 spec sheets. Only when taking the vehicle to Audi in Flemington, my issue got addressed. The Flemington team found that the shock absorber was leaking and therefore the ride height was out of spec. All was replaced under warranty. Try and stay away from this dealership if you care about the longevity of your vehicle. Happy to provide further proof to the dealership or other customers in the hope there will be change. More

Went for an oil change in December, which took 2 hours. Then in January (1 month later) I got a notification I needed to change my oil because Audi forgot to recalibrate the oil sensor. I called and tried to schedule a follow up visit which was extremely challenging and kept getting sent to voicemail on several attempts to connect to the service department. Very disappointing experience overall. More
