He could have made this a very different experience for me knowing his techs had a packed schedule. Instead, he listened intently, asked clarifying questions, and then brought my case to his boss. Dmitri then fixed my Jeep himself without hesitation and I was back on the road within a few hours. I also noticed something else while there: these folks genuinely care about one another like family, and care about the quality of their work in the same way.
