Dmitri Bowie must be the most PATIENT man on earth!! Due to the global crisis and financial instability most companies are facing, I was unsure if I really wanted to purchase a NEW car at this time. Dmitri’s impeccable customer service and knowledge allowed me to take my time to weigh the pros and cons of keeping my 2013 Escape vs. purchasing a new one. Guess what?! The pros outweighed the cons and I am now the HAPPY owner of a 2020 Ford Escape. If you want great service from a salesman that will be patient, truthful and direct, please go see Dmitri.
