It was a rough start to schedule my service appointment. I had to drive from Dripping Springs to find out why no one would answer the service telephone number listed on the web site; the AI chatbot was use I had to drive from Dripping Springs to find out why no one would answer the service telephone number listed on the web site; the AI chatbot was useless in looking up my warranty maintenance contract although I did give "her" the requested information. Once I got to talk to live people, however, I have no complaints about the customer service. Diamond did an excellent job steering me around the service department and giving me progress updates. I'm not so sure being pitched a $167 wheel alignment at 12,000 miles was necessary. Thanks for the car wash- a nice touch. More

Honestly walking in with an appointment I was expecting an hour to hour and a half wait. Diamond told me 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was like okay but there was only two other people in the waiting room. I went on an hour to hour and a half wait. Diamond told me 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was like okay but there was only two other people in the waiting room. I went on a Thursday and not even a Saturday so I can only assume that during the weekend that an oil change would take 3-4 hours of the had more people in the waiting room. Last what has me upset is that diamond said it was recommended for the tires to be rotated and balanced every 5k miles. I was a service advisor for 6 years that was never the case. Now it was recommended for rotation but a balance when my car only has 4700 miles on it is wild. I understand if my car has 20k but for my first visit, it was very disappointing. More

My check out process was very slow and inefficient. The work on my car was completed, I had paid my bill and was in the waiting area waiting to be told my car had been brought to the front. i finally The work on my car was completed, I had paid my bill and was in the waiting area waiting to be told my car had been brought to the front. i finally looked it it was there, but no one had notified me. So i got in and left. I waited about 25 minutes from when i was told the work was completed until i left. I feel like the service rep could have done a much better job communicating with me! More
