HB was the only dealer to respond with actual answers to my questions. We then spoke on the phone and agreed upon a deal. Since I ordered a new vehicle, there was about a month wait time. Once the vehicle arrived at the dealer, I was notified and went to pick it up and complete the purchase. Everything they had promised... they did. No hidden fees or up charges.... the deal was exactly as we had agreed upon. The staff with whom I dealt, DeWight, Adrienne, and Phil, were absolutely fantastic to work with.
