It has been a harrowing experience for me buying from this dealership. My life has turned upside down the day I drove 2.5 hours one way to South Shore Hyundai just because I found the car $500 cheaper th this dealership. My life has turned upside down the day I drove 2.5 hours one way to South Shore Hyundai just because I found the car $500 cheaper than elsewhere. It has been extremely difficult to say the least. It took me 4 months to get the title of the vehicle I bought cash. All the people I talked to were unresponsive and lacked thoughtfulness. My multiple follow up trips to the dealership were nothing but wasted effort. I had to threaten them with lawsuit before they finally chose to act. I have been scratching my head about those 5 stars reviews, but as for me it has been an affliction. More

When I purchased my car I was given a clean AutoChek report. It turns out that ten months prior to my purchase the car was in an accident as per the AutoCheck report I ran myself. I have tried to contac report. It turns out that ten months prior to my purchase the car was in an accident as per the AutoCheck report I ran myself. I have tried to contact the dealer multiple times regarding this and I have never received a response. I contacted AutoCheck and they confirmed that the accident should have been on the report given to me unless the dealer altered it. This is obviously inexcusable but not surprising for the Atlantic Auto Group. More

Great Service Niki and the rest of the staff at South Shore are awesome! I needed to get rid of my old car (sedan) because I care for an older person in my househol Niki and the rest of the staff at South Shore are awesome! I needed to get rid of my old car (sedan) because I care for an older person in my household so I was in need of a higher vehicle. From the start, I felt welcomed into the dealership. Never did I feel pressured by Niki or anyone to buy a car. After test driving an checking out the features of the 2019 Kona, I was sold. The only problem was the current value of my current used car (chevorlet cruze 2016) after being scammed by a previous dealership. I was nervous about the price they would give me but after working some things out I was able to trade in my car for a fair price and lease a new car. I sighed in relief! Niki and Derrick explained everything to me in great detail when it came to the lease, insurance, and more. While waiting for my paperwork to be processed Niki even helped me move my things from my old car into my new Kona. They were so nice and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family looking for a new or used vehicle as someone else recommended this dealership to me.
