Andrew Montgomery was my assistant service dealer. I was charged for 1.5 hours labor time but it took no more than 1 hour to make the repair. I was also charged a 3% surcharge because I pay with a cre I was charged for 1.5 hours labor time but it took no more than 1 hour to make the repair. I was also charged a 3% surcharge because I pay with a credit card. I also informed him that I have bought an extended warranty in Canada (10 years ago/100000 miles) but he told me to ask for a refund in Canada. More

I made the appointment mainly to have them check the rear drivers side tire, which had been leaking air. Derrick said they had a tire to replace if necessary,being run flats. While there and oil change and the brake brake fluid were done. Which was fine. When I got the app finally on.my phone, I noticed they checked the front tire not the rear. I find the prices are quite high and if I had known no one would listen to my reason for coming, I would have gone close to home instead of driving 25 miles to Sarasota. More
