As a returning customer they said they would search for the same vehicle for me. A week later I got a call saying they found one after looking day and night. It was $1,000 more than the first vehicle of the same model. Ready to buy it, I asked for the carfax and VIN#, just to find out it was the same vehicle I had initially tried to put a deposit on a week prior. They went back to the original price, saying it was an accident. Then I asked if there were any dents or scratches, they told me no. When I got to the dealership there were dents, scratches and chips on all sides of the vehicle. Someone had hit something, ruining the front left corner of the bumper. They offered $200 off after arguing all used vehicles are like that. Needing the work truck badly I bought it. Three weeks later and multiple phone calls, I still have not received the $100 deposit refund or the difference of the check I gave them and cost of the vehicle. Every time we speak they say they are going to mail it as soon as we’re off the phone. Miserable car buying experience, cannot believe they treat a returning customer like that. More

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER !!! I went in to purchase a 2016 Corvette. I was a little hesitant because I am from Long Island and it was over a 3 hour drive to Rhode Island. Making I went in to purchase a 2016 Corvette. I was a little hesitant because I am from Long Island and it was over a 3 hour drive to Rhode Island. Making the deal even more complicated I had a trade in that Paul and Derek were unable to see in person prior to my visit to the dealership. We settled on a deal over email and I drove to the dealership. Upon arrival everyone was very nice. Paul and Derek from the start were very accommodating and friendly. The biggest surprise for me was that there were no games tried by either. I left the dealership with the exact deal that was agreed upon. I can not tell you how refreshing that is and this is coming from a person who has bought many cars both new and used. Any question or issue that has come up since I took the car home has been dealt with by Paul and the Management team quickly and professionally. To anyone from New York or even further away I say give Paul Masse Chevrolet a chance, you will not be disappointed. More

I was told if I sent people in I would receive $100.00per referral. Well I sent 3 people in and I only received $100.00. Have not recieved the other $200.00. My date and time has not worked properly on my new car for at least 6 months! Every time I start my car it says 12:AM and the date is 1/1/1970!! Really!!! 1970??? And we have recently traded a truck for a newer model so we have been good customers so I thought but I'm not happy now. Feel like I'm being ignored !!! First and last time for me. JF More

The salesperson was relentless, calling me all day, even 7:30 am to try and get my business. I found another dealer offering me thousands less for a very comparable car. When I asked the salesperson to meet or beat the offer, he said he'd check with the Sales Manager and call me back. Needless to say, I never heard from him again. Not even the courtesy to tell me they couldn't come close on price. I purchased from the other dealership, love the car, saved a lot of money, and could not be happier. If your hard-earned money matters, shop elsewhere and compare! More
