I want to express my gratitude to Carolina, who excelled in communication and was very accommodating with pricing. I give her a 10/10 for her prompt responses, flexibility with meetings, and no-nonsense app in communication and was very accommodating with pricing. On the other hand, my experience with Derek in the finance department was less positive. While I understand that his role involves pushing for additional products, I felt he became overly persistent and disengaged once he realized I wasn't interested in the extended warranty. The abrupt shift in his demeanor and the lack of a handshake after a significant purchase of over $35,000 left a negative impression. A more personable and courteous interaction would have been appreciated. I'd still recommend Leith for most competitive out the door price. More
