Friendly and Helpful staff Well we came in not looking to buy a new car, ended up walking out with a 2015 Prius, haha. He was able to help me purchase a car within my budget and provided quality service throughout the entire process. A+ Customer Service With only 1 distinct feature on my mind for my new car-awesome gas mileage-I walked into Ventura Toyota to browse the selections. Deon Simpson, a very With only 1 distinct feature on my mind for my new car-awesome gas mileage-I walked into Ventura Toyota to browse the selections. Deon Simpson, a very upbeat, thorough salesman at Toyota, gave me a tour of the lot, showing me their selection of fuel-economic cars (e.g. New Prius, New Corollas, Used Prius models, & Used Corollas). I insisted that I wanted only to see the most fuel-efficient vehicles. Deon provided a tour that was extremely thorough. He is non-aggressive in his approach, which is perfect for me. Aggressive sales approaches turn me away. He makes sure to check in with the customer (me) by asking if I understand so that he may make more clear anything I did not understand (i.e. engine features, payment options, etc.). We went through a process, whereby, we narrowed-down my choices, and ultimately decided on a Used 2103 Corolla.He's a very likable salesman, and will probably make most customers feel comfortable in their experience at Toyota. More
