This was my first car purchase on my own, as I was recently widowed. Bob was wonderful, in every aspect of the transaction...from my initial email through walking me through all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. When all was said and done, I have a vehicle that I love at a very fair price...and we'll continue to exchange Christmas cards, even though I'm retiring and moving out of Michigan. He truly cares about his customers and it shows in all he does! I met Amy for the first time when I went to pick up my vehicle. Truly awesome lady! I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. Justin was the main person that worked with us and he spent ALOT of time with me (like 6 hours). My family and I have been going to sunshine Toyota for 35+ years and have always had a great experience. In the end we ended up with a beautiful RAV4 that gives us the backseat space we needed and I was able to get heated seats, remote starter, and the tow package added on to it. They made me one very happy costumer again! More

When I test dro I drove from Lansing Michigan to Sunshine Toyota and dealt with Brian G. He was extremely helpful with deciding which Prius to buy. When I test drove the car, it was nice not having the salesperson along and Brian said to drive the Prius as long as I wanted. I showed up at the dealership at 4:30 and after about 30 minutes of driving the Prius, decided if the price was right, that I would buy the car. I had calculated the overall cost from the online price and the people I dealt with were very helpful in explaining the different costs (ie either a $2000 rebate OR 0% financing). The dealership closed at 6:00 but Brian and the finance person, Dennis stayed until 7:30 helping with the purchase. And making sure I could drive the car home that night rather than come back. More
