We had to leave the dealership without out the truck we thought we were going to drive home. Aaron Pennock emailed me later that night, about 10:30pm, to tell me that he had talked to the finance person and we would get the issue taken care of the next business day. They stuck to their word and did get the deal handled on our terms. Then they had the vehicle delivered to our house which was about a 45 minute drive from the dealership. The "Best" sales people in the area! We visited the Sunshine Toyota lot a couple of times to see what was available and finally we went there during business hours... We first met Mr. Robert Surprenenant and he was very "low" pressure...He showed us what we were looking for he gave us his card and we went our way. On our second visit we drove the vans we were interested in and we went our way again. Finally on our third visit we met Randy Dibiaggio (another great sales person) that Bob said would help us because he had an appointment off site. We ended up buying the 2015 Sienna LX and Randy did all the paper work. They are both great people and would recommend them and they the Toyota automobile to anyone wanting a great ride and piece of mind while driving distances... Good job Guys! More

Aaron got back with us the very next day about the Toyota Tundra we were interested in and we made it clear because we had a far drive we would need to see some numbers in writing first. Wow did he act fast--our quotes were emailed to us within 1-2 hours. Impressive! Even more impressive he met us at the dealership on his day off, spent about 2 1/2 hrs with us closing the deal then introduced us to Dennis the Finance Manager. Wow!! Again another top notch, honest person to deal with just like Aaron. No game playing or lack of integrity with these people!! This has been the best experience at a car dealership I have EVER had.
