My experience at Advantage was second to none! Fabian was my Sales Consultant and he was extremely knowledgeable on the cars that I was looking at and made the car buying experience more enjoyable than I was my Sales Consultant and he was extremely knowledgeable on the cars that I was looking at and made the car buying experience more enjoyable than I've experienced in the past. Once I decided on which car I wanted to purchase he answered all my questions thoroughly and showed me all of the features that were included to familiarize me with my new car. I couldn't be any happier with the customer service that he provided me with! Mark Ott and Dennis Reily were also very enjoyable to deal with when explaining the warranty, features and finance aspects of my new purchase. More

I live in Hodgkins which is a small town with areas of growing business. Us here in town like to keep our money in town and whenever we plan to buy a car we like to stay local. We have bought from this location before and we like to go back when we can. Having bought a used VW from a dealer in Downers Grove it was time to trade it in for American. We have worked with Tony Wyatt in the past and he is our go to sales guy. He is not only professional, but also able to have a conversation with you non-business wise. He does whatever to get the sale without breaking your bank and is willing to work with you to get the deal done. Being only 21, buying a car is a hassle, but working with Tony makes it less stressful. He is a very busy man so when I was just car shopping he had another sales consultant help us out, Ryan Miner. If Tony would ever happen to leave I would definitely go back to deal with Ryan. He was very honest with any question I asked him regarding cars which I liked very much. I would say when the financial part came, it was a little messy. We had other sales consultants come over and talk to us which I thought was a little fishy. We told Tony exactly what we wanted and wasn't sure why other people where coming over to talk. Not necessarily messy but confusing. They kept switching numbers on us but eventually we did get what we wanted. I walked away with a 2014 Cruze that isn't breaking my college student budget and would definitely recommend this dealership and sales consultants to anyone. More

We needed a car; bad. It was either pour more money into the car we had or try & buy another car. We werent even sure if we were going to be able to trade in our car because we couldnt get it started. Even the car we had or try & buy another car. Even though we went through the lot of cars Sunday when the dealership was closed, it seemed like the cars we picked out were a little above our price range. Cyril was very patient with us and guided us to some options that seemed to be a good compromise, in both price and style. We settled for what seemed too good to be true, Dodge Avenger. When talking finances, Cyril understood that although my fiancee was the bread winner, I was the one who knew about the household budget & what we could spend monthly. I appreciated that he included me in the car buyiung process without exluding my fiancee. On other car purchases most sales people ignore my input because I'm 'just a homemaker'. Cyril made me feel as if my fiancee and I were making the purchase, not just my fiancee. When talking to the finance manager, Dennis was terrific at explaining all of our warranty options. We were glad that the dealership was able to let us trade in our old car, even if it wasnt for very much. It was wonderful getting the 'headache' off of our hands & being able to breath confidently that we made the right decision as to where and what we purchased. Even after the return period was over we are still very happy with our purchase. Everyone there that we can in contact with great. No one made us feel uneasy or awkward for having our kids (5yrs & almost 1yrs) at the dealership during the buying process. Service was great. There were so many little perks during the process that we couldnt understand why we were only first time customers instead of life long returining customers. We will DEFINATELY make Advantage Chevrolet our first (and hopefully only) place for new or used cars in the future. We would (and will) recommend this dealership to any of our family/friends/aquintances. Thank you for making the car buying process so easy and hassel free during such a financial hard month. More

I went into this dealership on today to look at a new car. My dad has purchased several new vehicles from this dealership and he's always been pleased. Even in the bitter cold the sales consultant Tony, greeted us outdoors with a smile. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. What easily could have been a stressful encounter turned out to be very smooth and stress free and it was all because of the exceptional staff. This dealership is very nice and clean and even on new years eve I didn't feel rushed our pressured. I got a great deal on a great car and Dennis looked for and found me great financing. This was a great car buying experience and I will definitely refer friends and family to Advantage of they're in the market for a new vehicle or certified used vehicle. More
