Buy a new car After going to another dealership that showed my wife and I a number of cars except the one we asked for. We went to Advanage Chevy where an ambitious young man nicknamed Moe greeted my wife and I on the lot not 3 minutes after we arrived and he asked us "what kind of car we were looking for?" Having done our homework we told Moe in detail. He told us," he would ask his superior." Not 10 minutes later the vehicle was presented to us for a test ride. We drove home the 2014 Malibu 2hrs later thanks to Fabian Murillo, Dennis Reily, Mark Ott and Moe at a great price. More

They went out of their way to be accommodating and completely put me at ease. I never felt pressured, but felt mostly comfortable the whole time there. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was shown the service area so I knew where to bring my car back for service. I did my research ahead of time and I believe I got the best deal out of the other dealers in my area. The people at Advantage Chevrolet are very pleasant and patient people. The whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend Advantage Chevrolet. More

What sets Advantage Chevrolet apart is their high level of customer service. They are a high volume dealership but at no time in my shopping experience did I feel neglected and the service Tom provided was top notch. When shopping for a new car I do 80% of it online (research, reviews, inventory, etc) the other 20% is at the dealership. Thank you guys for making that 20% a pleasant experience. More

Went into the dealership with the plan to test drive and purchase a new 2014 Impala. As soon as I walked in, I was met by a very confident pleasant man who I later found out wasn't necessarily just a floo purchase a new 2014 Impala. As soon as I walked in, I was met by a very confident pleasant man who I later found out wasn't necessarily just a floor salesman - Chris Piesen - but since the dealership was busy that day he stepped right up to see what he could do to help. He immediately asked what I was looking for and showed me the Impala. We were probably on a test drive within no more than half an hour. Chris didn't bat an eye at all the questions I asked - he was definitely on his game. Had an answer for any inquiry. Chris showed me the features in the Impala as we drove and at the end of the test drive when I expressed an interest in a different interior, he told me it wouldn't be a problem - he knew they had more available and would check on it. As we all know, when purchasing a new vehicle it's never just a five minute process, but Chris stayed with my husband and I during the time while we prepared to purchase and arrange financing for the new Impala. He kept us occupied and entertained during this time, always asking if we needed anything. At one point, he even offered to order us in dinner since it ended up taking much longer than we anticipated. I did ask for an addition of a DVD player to be added to the Impala and that's when we met Mark Ott. Very helpful by letting us know what other options we had available to us. When we finally got to sit down and sign the papers, we met with Dennis Reily who, despite my frustration at the length of time it had taken, was completely professional and so helpful that we actually ended up with a lower interest rate than we had first anticipated. During the whole process, everyone was top notch and incredibly helpful. More than one person said if we need anything to stop by or call. Questions? They are on top of it. This dealership was fabulous. We ended up with an outstanding car at the monthly payment I had intended when we walked in the door and I would not hesitate to bring my new 2014 Impala here for a car wash, service or when I'm ready to purchase a new car again. Thanks again to Chris Peisen, Mark Ott and Dennis Reily for a great experience and the PRETTIEST CAR EVER! More
