Over and Above Demetrius was an excellent salesman - he drove the 2019 Jetta TO MY HOUSE so I could test drive it on a tight schedule. I fell in love with it, and he Demetrius was an excellent salesman - he drove the 2019 Jetta TO MY HOUSE so I could test drive it on a tight schedule. I fell in love with it, and he had the paperwork done within a couple hours. He then came back to my house to pick me up and give me a ride back to the dealership to finish paperwork so I could drive the car home. Very impressed with their friendliness and service at the dealership! More

Purchase of an used 2015 Audi We were very pleased with Demetrius.He exceeded all of our expectation. We were looking for an automobile with a built-in GPS navigation system. The A We were very pleased with Demetrius.He exceeded all of our expectation. We were looking for an automobile with a built-in GPS navigation system. The Audi we were interested did not have a navigation system. This was a deal breaker for use. We were considering purchasing a Garmin GPS, but were very hesitant to go that way. Demetrius offered to pay for the Garmin. He took us to Best Buy so we could pick and purchase the one we wanted. After we got back, he installed and set up the Garmin so we could see if it met our needs. It did and we closed on the deal. We never expected for him to take us to take us to Best Buy and installed. This was over and above our expectations. More
