Was in the market to trade our Dodge only to get to dealership and find our salesperson, Veronica had left. We found out she was now at Colonial Ford so that is what brought us to this dealer. We arriv dealership and find our salesperson, Veronica had left. We found out she was now at Colonial Ford so that is what brought us to this dealer. We arrived and Veronica was busy but would be with us shortly. We had no problem waiting for her. While we were waiting Jake came by asking if we needed help, we explained we were waiting for Veronica and he said he would get us some vehicles to look at. He was great, very personable and enjoyable. Veronica came right to us and of course she is the best the salesperson there is. She takes the time to listen to not only what you are interested in but also how much you can afford so there is no wasting of anyone's time, Veronica covers every little detail. We loved the vehicle. Did the paperwork with her and met with the manager Dell Roderick....what a nice guy. He listened, between him and Veronica we closed the deal. Then we met with Nick Healey who handled our financing.....another nice guy. Veronica is the type of salesperson you always want to have when buying a vehicle that you follow her because we trust her, she makes our best interest her priority. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle that we purchased. Oh, by the way we are no longer a Dodge owner but a Ford owner!! What is truly amazing is that the whole experience at Colonial Ford was so great, everyone we met was happy, helpful and so friendly. Veronica takes the time at the end to go over every little programming detail of your vehicle, syncing your phone to the vehicle and making sure you know how everything works. Thank you Veronica for not only helping us purchase a new vehicle but for introducing us to such a beautiful dealership. We recommend Veronica to everyone we know who is looking to purchase a vehicle because she is the absolute best salesperson you will ever want to deal with. More

Really nice establishment. Clean, bright atmosphere with friendly staff. I worked with knowledgeable professionals from my initial inquiry to signing on the dotted line. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and down to earth manner. Shout out to Dell for crunching those numbers and Nick for his ability to educate me on the ins/outs of warranties without having my brain explode.
