So after deciding to buy a new car a few days ago, I went to 4 different dealerships. After going through the first three, I knew I wasnt going to be able to afford a brand new 2014 Escape and accepted that to 4 different dealerships. When I walked in, Art greeted me and I felt something that you dont always feel in a dealership.... Genuinely Welcomed. Art took his time with me and walked me through many options. With the help of Dell the S.M., we managed to get myself into a BRAND NEW Escape, and it actually was not a bare bones model!! I drove 42 miles to this dealership and passed 2 other Ford Dealerships along the way. I will be sure that I send anyone I know to see these guys. I was there for almost 3 hours and honestly enjoyed myself, and the free coffee! More

My husband and I were in the market for a second vehicle. We both agreed on a sports car and thought a Mustang would be the right choice. Much to our surprise, a casual encounter from Mr. John Colas and a warm welcome followed by some popcorn and refreshments. The process seemed to be way to smooth as one would think it's Saturday! NO PRESSURE TO BUY!!? John offered us to take our soon to be Mustang for the afternoon. Well, he could not have been more excited... Once we returned from the test drive, John introduced us to Dell, the salesmanger. Dell was very polited and professional. We explained to him our budget and came back with a deal we could not pass. We have bought our last 4 cars at this dealership and decided to go back since we always get great service and we are loyal to the brand and walk out of the dealership with a big smile on our faces. This time was no exception, Art showed us the models we were interested in, gave us the keys, took the cars for test drives, gave us all the information about the cars, answered our questions and cared about our needs and what we were looking for. We told him we were planning on also trying a different brand and that we will come back that afternoon. In the end, our heart was set in the Ford Focus and we decided to go for it. The process was easy and painless, there's nothing worse than to work with a sales person that is pushy and just wants to make his quota. Everybody at the dealership is extremely nice, welcoming and you can expect nothing but the best. Shane Conroy, whom we've known for a few years now, once again helped us with the sale documents and got us a really good rate and monthly payment which is what I was looking for AND we also got an amazing deal from Dell, Sales Manager, for being loyal customers. I went back to the dealership three days after in order for Art to help me understand and explain all the features of my new car, the syncmyride.com page and to get my registration. He also gave me a pin drive with the latest update of the software in my car and showed me the park assistance feature. We are very happy with Art and with our car. We will continue to come back to Colonial Ford for years to come. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! More
