Just had the privilege of purchasing another vehicle at Colonial Ford in Plymouth MA today! Have purchased all my vehicles over the last several years from Glenn Smith who, once again came through with exc Colonial Ford in Plymouth MA today! The whole process at Colonial was fantastic starting with the attention to detail when ordering working with Sales Manager, Joe and Glenn back in January, I was able to order exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle! Also met the General Slaes Manager, Ron, who is one of the most humble people you'd ever have the privilege to meet. He spends his time in the trenches working alongside staff to make sure customers fell welcome and valued! General Sales Manager, Del is also so friendly and made sure I received the best possible deal I could find anywhere in the area! He also always stops whatever he's doing to engage in a great conversation with me! He makes a person feel good about doing business with Colonial! Finally, but certainly not least, Greg in Finance put all the paperwork together and made the financing process seamless! All these teammates work in collaboration with their customers so make sure you get the quality of service you expect! I'll always be coming back to work with the Colonial Ford team for all my future vehicles! More
