Following your purchase during a time when the automotive industry was impacted by a nationwide software outage, we processed and sent your paperwork to your state’s motor vehicle department well within the allotted time frame. A document required by the motor vehicle department that you provided contained an error of omission, which led to its initial rejection. Our team informed you of the error and the necessity of its correction promptly following us being notified of it by your state’s motor vehicle department.
