I was impressed with the dealership when I first saw it in person. I would recommend buying a car from them but make sure you understand the contract and ask a lot of questions. After a long process of negotiations I was they were very fair with my purchase. I think I met just about everyone at the dealership. This dealership with the car i bought that took a deposit especially with the demand for a C8 stingray. My salesman Dex kept me laughing and the finance department was straight forward and explained everything in detail. The sales manager was involved at one point and definitely kept the things inline with my purchase. More

The General Manager at this location Tony B needs to learn how to treat customers when there's an issue. My new car had damage/dent, I was told by TONY the GM that I did it and that maybe I backed into learn how to treat customers when there's an issue. My new car had damage/dent, I was told by TONY the GM that I did it and that maybe I backed into something. But, was willing to repair with touch up paint & I said no. Whomever was repairing my car was driving the car around without my knowledge or consent. Therefore, I called Alberto (salesperson) asked who/why was someone driving my car & his reply to me... maybe he went to pick up parts or something. Therefore, I called the GM to address my concerns , I was highly upset totally. Then, was told my car was ready and I could pick up my car without any explanation as to why someone had been driving my car. Tony said we can talk when I arrived , he left before I got there and never called me to justify anything. David was there stated he was one of the managers whom said he could swap my car for another one, lied. I went to the location the next day to speak with Tony whom sat in his booth/desk pretending to be too busy to speak with me about the situation after he sold me the car. Tony sent Fabio to speak with & I explained the situation. This was a brand new car and this shouldn't happened and it should have been handled differently. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!... ( I've had better experiences with certain individuals there). More

I bought a new Mazda CX 30, April 2025 with multiple service. Within 3 days I wanted to remove one of the add on ( Mazda Maintenance) and everything went south. Mazda Coconut Creek Dealership disregard service. Within 3 days I wanted to remove one of the add on ( Mazda Maintenance) and everything went south. Mazda Coconut Creek Dealership disregard my demand via phone call, email and tex? They even did not show up at two schedule appointment with 2 different manager!! They are sneaky and actually have really: poor customer service, lack of transparency, they ignore client who ask for explanation, have no word and I can say they are crook…Shame on them to treat people that way, maybe because I'm a single woman…. Now, I can see the true color of Mazda Coconut Creek dealership… Pretend to be white collar business but in fact they are more like the mob. Two month in and I'm still waiting to be refunded $2,300. Still ignoring my demand. DO NOT TRUST THEM. More
