I arrived at my scheduled time. The person helping me was on the phone and never acknowledged me. I asked him his name to confirm I was at the correct desk and he did. I put my key on his desk initially but realized I could pull up more because it was not as congested. I told him what I was doing (he was still on the phone but acknowledged). After doing so, I went to the waiting area ( he was still on the phone). I was watching and after a few minutes he got off the phone and left. I went back in and asked the lady at the desk next to his where he went and she said he left to go to a doctor’s appointment( she was the person to assist me). I work in customer service and this is not acceptable nor is it professional. I gave two stars because I’ve not had an issue with my car but the intake of getting service for my vehicle was poor. And, the time before this , I also did not appreciate him when I got my vehicle serviced. More

Had great response from David in the Body Shop in Metairie for a problem not related to body/fender repairs. He took care of the problem w/in a couple of hours and I appreciated the courtesy and pro Metairie for a problem not related to body/fender repairs. He took care of the problem w/in a couple of hours and I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone. More

Crown Buick GMC has the best service department and service is what truly sets a dealership apart. Anyone can sell a new vehicle at or below invoice to drive traffic through the door. But a great servi service is what truly sets a dealership apart. Anyone can sell a new vehicle at or below invoice to drive traffic through the door. But a great service department is what keeps customers coming back after the sale! Not to mention Crown has the best HD Truck diesel mechanic in the industry-Brandon Rehage. He is my go to and I am a very critical truck owner as many know. Highly recommend Crown for all your vehicle and service needs. More
