I have not had a great experience lately at Toyota. The service department has to much turnover. I have worked with David Holmes 1 time. He has been fine so far and is taking over a crap situation his The service department has to much turnover. I have worked with David Holmes 1 time. He has been fine so far and is taking over a crap situation his coworkers have created. I could not type my last 4 experience situations in this box, but if you would like to hear more, feel free to give me a call. We have purchased several vehicles from this location, but we will not be purchasing vehicles moving forward. My latest is a 2023 Tundra, i cannot believe the issues with this truck and the lack of knowledge in their service department regarding the remedies and parts. I wish someone could just actually help me out opposed to the typical move on to the next customer mentality. More
