When the transmission went out in my 2020 F-350 about 20 miles from home, I chose to have it towed back to this dealer even though I had about six others that were closer. I had no clue what kind of wait time I was looking at or parts availability that would cause issues. I am glad I chose to bring it to them because they had me in and out in less than a week.
