It was late in the day & rather than come back the next day , the finance person was xxxx bent on getting everything done after 7:00 Pm. I felt rushed and overwhelmed in one of the biggest purchases in my life. This was my 3rd purchase from Walker Ford, and it made zero difference in the way I was treated. In summation I felt rushed. We have to say thanks for Shawna. We bought a new traveler trailer and discovered our current vehicle didn't have the proper equipment. Shawna had helped our daughter with her car and We bought a new traveler trailer and discovered our current vehicle didn't have the proper equipment. Shawna had helped our daughter with her car and we were so impressed we went to see her to order us an Explorer with a class 4 towing. While the vehicle was on ordered we scheduled a vacation. Delivery kept getting delayed. Our vacation was in jeopardy. So we decided to get a Ranger with the proper towing package. Shawna located us a great Ranger. So we purchased the Ranger and our vacation was saved. Thanks again Shawna. We would definitely recommend Walker Ford and Shawna. Thanks More

Buying my 2023 Ford Explorer through Walker Ford was an amazing experience. Sales rep Keith was up front on pricing, and able to work with me on figuring out a vehicle and rate that fits with what my famil amazing experience. I drove over 2 hours from Orlando to make this deal, and the team at Walker Ford could not have been any more accommodating, kind, and understanding. Manager Tracy was also a pleasure to work with. My only concern was after reviewing the vehicle more in depth at home, the car detailing prior to releasing the car to me could have been a bit better. Overall, an amazing experience, and I highly recommend you working with Walker Ford for your future Ford Vehicle needs. More
