I bought a VW New Beetle 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for the second key. They lost it and Dave said he would send me one. They stop answering my emails and I'm still waiting for my key. I responded to a listing for a 2021 Tiguan on Patrick's web site. Everyone I dealt with was responsive and helpful. They were honest and straightforward in all interactions. They even notified me, when they found a car for me, that it was slightly less expensive than the advertisement and therefore they would be charging me less., even though the car had the exact same features and options as the advertised special. The process of completing the transaction at time of pickup was very nice. They did not waste my time trying to up-sell me with unwanted dealer add-ons. I would not hesitate to buy a car from Patrick VW in the future. Highly recommended! More
