Diehl Toyota. Although service doesn't have bad people (everyone is nice), they are not very responsive. I took my truck in for service, which included rotating the tires, and they forgot to rotate the tires. They are also not able to locate a leak in a tire, which is frustrating, but also showed me they didn't rotate the tires. I have had the truck for 5 months and it has been at the dealer 4 times for almost three weeks. Most of this is not the service department, it is the truck. However, I don't feel like making an additional trip to get the tires rotated because they forgot the first time. It is just frustrating, but I honestly don't know if it would be better anywhere else.
