Mike the Finance manager is basically a complete liar and scammer. (He's trying to say I agreed to add 2500$ to my loan amount, in other words extremely unprofessional and vindictive of this person when no o scammer. Then later to be called a liar. Hopefully everyone can watch out for this guy. More

They ran a scam marketing mailing They are running a scam "Monte Carlo Match to Win" mailing program that is totally deceptive. A marketing agent basically admitted as much to me after They are running a scam "Monte Carlo Match to Win" mailing program that is totally deceptive. A marketing agent basically admitted as much to me after luring me into the showroom on false pretense to claim my "$2,500 cash prize." Disgraceful. What they didn't know is I'm almost ready to shop for a new Hyundai, and they're closest to my home. Guess who won't be getting our business? Playing confidence games with customers is no way to build a business, folks. More

Spoke to 2 people (Tony L. and Jim) on Friday to confirm coming in Saturday to sign papers where they both assured me everything would be set for 12 o'clock appointment. Saturday morning I take out a $16,000 loan and call them that I am on way and they tell me there was a "miscommunication" and they sold the vehicle Thursday, 3 days after I put $1200 down. They completely undermined and disrespected what my deposit stands for and left me to believe the truck was being held for me when clearly they have no regard for customer service or satisfaction. I would highly recommend not dealing with these people because they do not care about customers and will take any chance to screw you over if it means they make a quick buck.) and I would buy it on the weekend.
