Im buying a 21000 dollar car and i almost got into a car accident the firts time i was told when i tow the car the they were going to repair the car and it was going to take 3 days well that was not the case i was call the next day by mr erick cordova i try to explain what i was told be assistan manager and this was his reply: Like I said, would you like to speak to him ? --Erick Cordova DTLA Toyota Never bather to answer the phone when i call now im stuck with a car that i dont feel safe and i was also never notified that the car was in 2 accident and the funny part is thats the side that the car is having issues and now the i signed the paper work now im getting the cold shoulder i when to toyota because i was refer by some that talk great about toyota but i have got the opposite service its a 21000 dollar car i shod have not been having any issues but no body is willing to help me.
