My issue is on March 17th, I paid for fuel injection service at the recommendation of the dealership who services my car. It was to prevent known issues with the fuel injection becoming stuck causing ca service at the recommendation of the dealership who services my car. It was to prevent known issues with the fuel injection becoming stuck causing car to shut off instantly. I paid over $200 for the service. 2 weeks later on April 3rd, the car stopped on me in the middle of a busy road during morning commute. The issue was stuck fuel injection. If it was cleaned as I paid for and was to prevent it from happening....it did not. More

I purchased a Rogue in 2016 & got the environmental pkg for 7 years. I brought my car back several times to have the seats cleaned but the stains kept coming back & the dealership made it difficult for me for 7 years. I brought my car back several times to have the seats cleaned but the stains kept coming back & the dealership made it difficult for me to keep getting them cleaned. I asked them to remove the dealership name from my car bcuz of the poor service. This year I purchased a 2023 Rogue and asked if I could have the seats cleaned in the 2016 Rogue again b4 the warranty expired, what a hassle! No one could fine my paperwork, I was told they could try to find it but it would be a lot of legwork! Finally they agreed to clean them “as a ONE TIME courtesy”. I paid a lot of money for the warranty. I was also told that the times I did leave it to be cleaned it was only surface cleaning not extraction which is what I paid for! So, for 7 years I didn’t get the service I paid for. No wonder the stains kept coming back. I was told the seat covers would be removed and new ones put on if the stains came back but then, when the stains came back they didn’t honor the warranty!! I had paperwork but it didn’t matter, I only got surface cleaning. Why sell the package if u aren’t going to honor it?? I will be asking the dealership to remove the name from my new car too. I was hoping since the name changed maybe it was better but, same ppl run it so same old service or, lack there of! More

Danielle was really nice - I got there for my appointment to have my Hyundai Venue serviced (oil change, Tire Rotation etc) and take care of a recall for software. I would have given 5 Stars except Danielle to have my Hyundai Venue serviced (oil change, Tire Rotation etc) and take care of a recall for software. I would have given 5 Stars except Danielle accidentally put a scratch in the car when she drove it in the Service Department. Anyone can make a mistake, and she handled it very well - told me what happened, gave me a loaner car and kept mine for a week or so to repair the slight damage. Can't see where the scratch was at all now, so I am happy how this was very professionally handled, and no charge! I wish it had taken a bit less time for the service Department to get the loaner ready, but otherwise everything was very good, and I liked getting an upgrade to a Santa Fe. Overall very happy with Service here! More
