We highly recommend Ralph if you’re looking for someone you can trust! Now, unfortunately, we have to share an issue with the rest of the dealership. The day we returned our previous lease, we had just made our monthly payment. Bryan Roche (Finance Leader) the finance representative assured us there would be no problem and that Mazda Financial would refund us that amount. Based on that, we agreed to move forward with the new lease and paid the first month. It’s now been over 10 weeks, and we still haven’t received the refund. The dealership no longer answers our calls, and Daniela Meade from Mazda Fort Myers—who had been communicating with us and asking for our review—kept telling us not to worry, that they were handling the refund. But after we submitted the review, she completely stopped responding. It’s really disappointing. Ralph deserves full credit for his outstanding service, and we don’t want this issue to reflect negatively on him at all—he was truly great. But the dealership as a whole has not shown the professionalism or follow-through we expected. This all our text message we interchange with her. More
